Shipping & Delivery Policy
Since our services involve digital development work and not the sale of physical goods, there are no physical deliveries or shipping processes involved.
Project Delivery Terms
All project deliveries, milestones, and completion dates are mutually agreed upon between:
-
the hired developer (subcontractor), and
-
the contracting company (client),
based on:
-
the complexity and scope of each task,
-
the developer’s experience level (junior, mid-level, or senior), and
-
the reasonable time frame required to ensure quality and accuracy.
Delays and Shared Responsibility
In the event of any delay or unforeseen difficulty, both parties agree to act in good faith and assume shared responsibility for resolving the issue.
Reasonable extensions may be granted after mutual discussion, taking into account the technical challenges and available resources.
Should delays become significant or repeated, the contracting company reserves the right to terminate the agreement in accordance with the existing cancellation terms.
No Physical Shipment
All deliverables (source code, documentation, reports, etc.) are provided digitally via secure platforms such as email, cloud storage, or project management systems (e.g., GitHub, Basecamp, or similar).
No tangible goods are shipped or delivered by courier.
